Our story begins in 1994: Gastón Acurio and Astrid Gutsche, newcomers from studying cooking in Paris, found the restaurant in a small house in Miraflores. At the beginning, very French, according to the world trend. Then, over the years, decidedly Peruvian; willing to reassess supplies and recipes, and with the clear objective of promoting our gastronomy in the world.
